If you need to return or exchange your bra, please email us at: hello@sisterkit.com.au

Let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if you'd like a return or exchange. In your email, please provide the following information:

• Your order number.
• Reason for return.
• The new size for exchange if needed.

The following requirements need to be met:

• The items are in original condition, with tags in place.
• Items have not been worn or washed.
• Items are sent within 10 days of receiving original items from the sister kit online shop.

Once we've reviewed your email, we'll send you an email letting you know if your bra is eligible for return or exchange.

When we have received your returned bra, we'll process your exchange or refund.

If you are exchanging a bra for a different size, we will send the new size back to you free of charge once we have received it. Please refer to our Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy.

Please note: Unless the items are faulty, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We would really like to be able to offer free returns, however our little business is not large enough to absorb this cost yet. Thank you for understanding.

• We create a high quality product that is made to last. By purchasing a sister kit bra, you will need to buy less over time.
• The fabric in our bras is created from organic bamboo. It is 93% biodegradable.
• The packaging and cards we use are made from 100% recycled cardboard and we aim to use minimal plastic in our packaging. Our product bags are compostable.
• You can send your used bras back to us and we’ll recycle them for you.

• You can send your bras back to us in any condition, and we'll pass them on to our charity or recycling partners.
